parking easy. security give good instruction to parking and helpful. front desk professional. room excellent except fridge not functioning. housekeeping sent iron fast as requested. bfast nice food,tasty,love the cappucino. f&b staff are polite and helpful,during dinner and bfast. check out were attended professionally and fast. the best hotel we have been too. SUPER CLEAN...and staff even cleaner wish us that shows,your hotel deserve the praise.

There's gym, and room equipped with ironing board and iron, kettle, fridge, good size of mugs and glasses, and hair dryer ready in the bathroom. Also there's the coffee maker too. Layout similar to how it was when it was still Novotel. Dedicated parking , share with Straits Hotel&suites.

The beds are pretty small and narrow but comfortable for a medium sized person. Rooms are well maintained. Good for work stay, basic essentials are provided.
